How to Update Your Account Settings & Information

Updating your account settings in 120Water is simple. Here's a quick guide to help you manage your water system's general information:

  1. Access Account Settings:

    • Navigate to the gear icon located in the top right corner of your 120Water homepage.
  2. Account Details Tab:

    • Once you click the gear icon, you'll land on the "Account Details" tab.
    • Here, you can update key information such as your water system's name, address, and contact details.
  3. Public Water System (PWS) Information:

    • Enter or update your PWS ID, type, and ownership details.
    • You can also add additional information, including SDWIS contact info, time zone, county, and the population served by your system.
  4. Save Your Changes:

    • After making the desired updates, click the Save button located in the top right corner of the page to apply your changes.
