How do I Log in to my 120Water Account?

This article will cover how to log into your 120Water account for the first time and other ways you can access your 120Water account after your initial login.

Know Before you Log in

You will need an email address to access your 120Water account. If your company does not use email, you can create an email account for free with any major email provider such as Gmail. 

Only 120Water customers can log into the platform. If you are interested in using 120Water for your water quality compliance programs, contact our Sales team. 

Logging in for the First Time

After your customer onboarding meeting, you will receive a 120Water account invitation via email from support@120water.com. 

When you click “Accept Invitation," you will be routed to the sign-up page. Here, you will enter your first and last name and create a password for your 120Water account, after which your signup will be complete!

Accessing Your 120Water Account

120Water supports three platforms: PWS, Facilities, and State Dashboard. Each platform has its own URL from which you can log into your account. There are two ways you can access your account: 

1. Log into your account from the 120Water website on your desktop browser and click the login button in the upper right-hand corner. Do not use this method for mobile login.
   
   
2. Enter the platform URL directly into your web or mobile browser. The list below has each user type mapped to the proper platform URL. 
   
   - PWS Pro and Portal - pws.120wateraudit.com 
   - State Dashboard - state-dashboard.120wateraudit.com
   - Facilities - facilities.120wateraudit.com
3. If you are operating in a state that has procured 120Water to be their service line inventory portal, you may already have access to a paid account. States we are currently serving are AZ, DE, GA, IN, OR, RI, and CT. Contact support@120water.com to gain access to your account.
