      How do I invite a user to my 120Water account?

      The more, the merrier! This article will walk you through how to add team members and stakeholders to your 120Water account.

      Below you will find short video, along with a step by step guide walking you through the process within the 120Water Platform.

      💡120Water Pro Tips:

      • We recommend selecting "PWS Account Admin" as the user type. This will allow the user to read-write-edit-delete information in your account.
      • If you prefer to invite a stakeholder to have read-only access (meaning they cannot edit any data), choose the "PWS Read-Only" option. 
      • Invites to the platform expire after 48 hours, so you might want to give your teammates a heads up after you invite them. If they miss the 48 hour window, please contact support@120water.com
