How to Create and Manage Territories

This article will walk you through how to create, assign, and filter territories.

Creating territories in 120Water's State Dashboard will allow users to view and manage water systems by geographic regions in alignment with how various programs are handled across the state. 

Creating a Territory

Below is a step-by-step guide going over the process of creating a territory. Click the "Get Started" button below. You can expand the guide and open it in another browser tab by clicking the icon beneath the "Get Started" button. 

Territory Assignment

There are a couple different ways a user can assign a water system to a territory. The guide below will walk you through both methods and also show you how to remove a territory assignment.

Filtering by Territory
