Saved Views allow you to save custom filter settings that can be revisited or shared with your team. This guide walks you through the steps to create, save, and manage views within the State Dashboard.
Step 1: Navigate to the Utilities Page
Begin by accessing the State Dashboard. Once logged in, head to the Utilities page, which serves as the hub for filtering data and creating custom views.
Step 2: Apply Filters
To start creating a saved view, locate the funnel icon in the top right corner of the page. This icon represents the filter options.
1. Click the funnel icon to open the filter options.
2. Select the filter criteria for your view. For instance, if you want to filter by Territory, you can
choose territory from the options. Then On the left-hand side, select the desired region, such as Southwest (see video below).
Step 3: Save the View
Once your filters are set:
1. Click the Save View button.
2. A prompt will appear asking you to name your view. Enter a meaningful name, such as "Southwest Territory View."
3. Choose whether to make it a Team View or keep it private.
- If you want others on your team to access this view, check the Team View box.
- If unchecked, the view will remain private and only accessible to you.
Step 4: Access and Manage Your Saved Views
After saving, your view will appear in the Saved Views dropdown menu.
- You can create multiple views by repeating the steps above for different filters or criteria.
- These views can be individual (private) or team (shared), depending on your preference.
Step 5: Deleting a Saved View
To delete a saved view:
1. Click the red trash can icon next to the view name in the dropdown.
2. Confirm the deletion when prompted to permanently remove the view.
