Using the 120Standard Annual Notice template to send Service Line Material Notifications.
120Standard Annual Notices
120Standard is a new method for sending annual service line material notices to water customers. It utilizes a general template (120Standard) with four variables that are set by the template creator. One template is used for all 3 material classifications (Lead, Galvanized Requiring Replacement, and Unknown) that require an annual service line material notice to be sent.
Adjustable variables:
- Logo
- Required field, will appear at the top of the front page of the letters
- Logo file should be at least 150px by 150px
- Supported file types: JPEG, JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, TIFF
- Maximum file size: 5.2 MB
- Water System
- Legal Name - required field, name of the water system as it appears in SDWIS
- Contact phone - optional field, will give water customers a way to contact their system within the letter
- Customer Self Identification Survey URL
- Optional field
- URL for a service line material survey
- appears only in Unknown material notices
- will be printed directly in the letter and appear as a QR code
