Overview of the PWS Insights Dashboard
The PWS Insights Dashboard is your command center for monitoring and managing service line inventory data across all your water systems. Here’s what you can expect to see and how to navigate it.
At-a-Glance Metrics
When you first land on the dashboard, you’ll see metric cards displaying:

Total Number of Utilities in your account

Breakdown by State, Type, and County

Utilities with Active Programs (e.g., LCR sampling, verification, or other programs run through 120Water)
Material Classification Summary
Get a roll-up view of service line material classifications across all water systems in your account, including:

Non-Lead
-
Lead
-
GRR (Galvanized Requiring Replacement)
-
Unknown
Detailed Service Line Analytics
Scrolling down, you’ll find additional service line data, including:

Number of Locations
-
Lines in Service
-
Known vs. Unknown Lines

Changes over Time within a selected date range

Counts of:

Lines with a Fitting
-
Complete Line Verifications

Partial Line Verifications

Single vs. Split Ownership Lines

Filter by Time or Segment
You can tailor your dashboard view by:

Time Frame: Choose from the last 7 days or all-time data.

Segments: Filter by custom segments you’ve created to focus on specific sets of water systems.
